Please allow 1-3 working days from receiving cleared payment for your order to be dispatched. Any late payments or e-Cheque payments via Paypal will result in your order being delayed. Please mind we will ask you to confirm your full shipping address if you inform us of an undelivered item.

Please ensure the delivery address you provide at checkout is full and correct before placing your order. We do not have the facility to change the customer’s shipping address after an order is placed and will not be able to cancel the order if it had already been dispatched. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide full and correct shipping details at checkout to ensure their parcel is delivered without delay.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to upgrade your shipping method based on the order value, i.e send your item by tracked courier rather than Royal Mail. We will never downgrade your shipping option.


DELIVERY

For items sent by Royal Mail please allow 3-5 working days (for domestic orders) and 16 working days (international orders) from the estimated date of delivery of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries. The extended delivery time is out of our hands and in the hands of our delivery partners, who are tirelessly working on delivering parcels during this pandemic. Please mind there might be delays due to the above. For items sent by tracked domestic courier, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery and check your tracking details before contacting us about late deliveries.

Occasionally items may get damaged on their way to you. If this happens, please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. We will ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods, so please retain photographs of the damage, the packaging (envelope or box) and the invoice for your records and when you contact us. We may grant or refuse your claim at our discretion if you cannot provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods.

If your item is late, it is advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses/sheds/bins you might have where it may have been left and contact your local sorting office (even if you do not have a collection card) to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection. Your parcel will be held for 18-21 working days before it is returned to sender.
